I'm a student and planning to buy a flash drive, I don't know if I will buy a flash drive that has a small capacity, or a large one.
This is why, If a 4g thumb drive, has been eaten by viruses trojans, worms, etc., I will loose everything!
But for a 1G thumb drive, It won't be able to break my heart if I loose a little.
But I would be able to get a discount if I'll buy a 4G!! What will I do?

Go for the 4G. We need more and more space each day, so after a couple of months you will regret that 1G.
Moreover you can have further discounts for higher capacities. If i were you i would choose some 16G - 32G instead.
Oh and the virus thing; scan your drive periodically and try not to plug it into public computers so often, then you will have no reason to worry ;)

well depends what your using it for if its for photo's and large files then go for the 4g,
if all your going to store is the odd picture and mostly text documents then personally you have no need for a 4g so I'd go for the 1g plus be a little bit cheaper.
It all depends on what your using it for and your budget.

Your logic for 1GB is fine. But it is better to buy a 4 GB or 8 GB.

You should buy a 4GB flash drive, just because it has a bigger capacity, and you will see, that 1GB is not enough

I would choose 4G flash drive, sure you'll get a discount, nowdays files are getting larger and larger, we'll always feel your drive is not big enough when using. Make sure often scan the virus will prevent the virus lol

yes, how come they became larger that fast? Just years ago, 4 or 3, when VGA cameras for mobile phones are out, picture file sizes are like, less than 100kb, but now, one picture will be equal or more than 2MB! Okay, okay, myLotters got me convinced. I will buy a 4G.
