why do other countries permit abortion?why is it legal when you're taking life?

It is against the law to murder a person. It is difficult to see why abortion is permitted in many different countries. The reason is the choice of the lady. She chooses to abort her baby in a time frame. Sadly in my home country abortion is permitted up to 24 weeks pregnancy. I think that is terrible. Some other countries have a limit of up to 12 weeks. I know some countries have made abortion illegal and in theory that is excellent. However I have heard of backstreet abortions. I am pro-life. I disagree with abortions. I would never ever have an abortion. I believe in birth control. I wish adoption would become more popular.

This is a very controversial topic. As you say, there are many countries that allow abortion. Whether it is a sin, well a government does not believe in God and therefore does not consider sin when making their decisions, only whether a life is being taken. The majority of the medical society does not consider the embryo to be life until it is a certain age, thus approved abortion has to take place before, shall we call it the "cut off" time and this is what governments accepts and prescribe when they pass the law allowing abortion. Ans as you have already said; the government makes the, thus, no sin and no breaking the law. Also its not the government that is killing the unborn baby but the mother of the unborn baby. Basically abortion has now became a moral/faith issue and not a law issue. Let me ask you this question; if you become pregnant after being raped, would you keep the baby or have an abortion? Personally, I do not believe that it is right to do an abortion as I believe that once conception has taken place, its not just a life but also a soul growing in the mother's belly, but I will also admit that I do not know what I would do if I were to become pregnant after having been raped. It is possible that I would have an abortion because, unfortunately, these decision take place when one is not in a very good emotional plane. So in a case like that is it the a sin? I do not have the answer.

it's really sad that most of the countries leave them free for abortion they dont have any rights to kill but what can we do? it's fate and we need to feel ashame for doing like this how ever i am from india even tho it's acrime in india but still no one care becoz the goverment is not so strict i think this is some thing every one needs to think seriously and kindly protect the small kids with humanity if u dont need any kids dont get pregnency and kill them atleast do it

The first thing to be noted is the population explosion. We have a lot of contraceptive methods to prevent it. But our people still end up in abortion some how. This happens in some cases when one of the parent wants the kid and the other doesnt. Now regarding making this a law, I dont know how far it is possible. Earlier today in mylot I answered a similar question where, the child in the mother womb is deformed, is it right to abort it or give birth to it. In such cases, we cannot say it is not legal. Once the child is born, it will not be happy on itself.
