keep busy,of course.I'am a strong believer in work,or rather,activity.i think that any activity is a better recreation than just loafing.don't waste too much time worrying o fretting about past mistakes.once you have made a decision,forget it.start each day afresh.the greatest of all sacrifices is the sacrifices of time.
