Hi,
Really that's a nice discussion you've started and i have planned to quit smoking. I know it is harmful to our health and to our cared ones, but i have tried to quit many times, i can't. so i have reduced the smoke and with in 2010, i will reduce completely and quit smoking.
Happy mylotting.
HAve a healthy life and have a nice day.

oo a lot of dream dear. i hope you will get all the things that you have imagined. what what will happen let me say in some steps. please dear don't think that i am teasing you ok. what have happened with me i would share with you. an the beginning of 2009 what i had thought and how much i could do.
1. what i had thought
will go for gym every day(i used to go for gym every day),
will play every day(i used to play every day those days as well),
will study a lot to get my dream(used to study that time as well),
will not smoke (used to smoke a little bit),
what i did this year
i went to gym most of the day, played game most of the day, studied less than previous year, started smoking more than previous year.
what i think dear is that your every day is the new year so start from that day. don't wait for some specific day or date or year. use the time you have in your hand and only this one is going to benefice you in your life.

I dont really make resolutions because I tend to NOT follow through with them...I do however set goals each year...same thing I know but the wording FOR ME makes all the difference it seems.....This yr I am gearing things more to me and my family - I'm putting us first rather than letting outside sources take front seat...My personal goals are getting back to me physically (more tats, more piercings, working out again which I miss horribly, making time for me dang nab it)....And my goals for the family are spending more quality time together, getting away more often and visiting friends and family more often with the big finale at the end of the yr being a vacation (hopefully Jamaica)...
