neobux account suspended

hi guys, i created a neobux account one month ago and now my neobux account has been suspended due to violation of terms of service 2.8
the reason for this is because my friend whom i had introduced to neobux a month ago was at my house yesterday and without me knowing, he had logged in to his neobux account on my computer. when i found out it was too late, he had already clicked on an advertisement and now both our accounts have been suspended. :( (he did not know he was violating the terms of service)
i am not able to do anyth on the website now and that includes sending a support ticket. i hope someone will be able to tell me what to do. i really want to continue being a user of neobux as i have clicked regularly everyday since i joined and i do not want my hard work to go to waste because of a mistake my friend made.
can somebody please tell me how to contact the admin or at least let him know my story so that my account can be unsuspended?

Neobux is very strict about rules and regulations. Nodody can make two accounts in same computer. If they do, then they have software which detects quickly And their account are suspended. No way to turn back. While i do visits at my friend home or at cousin home, i never used my account in other computer, You are not allowed to use more than one account in single computer. But you are saying that he did not know terms of services, When he signed up the site, he did check box on"I ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE" which MEANS you read and know all rules and their terms of service. But it is happened now,You should contact neobux team, and accept your friend mistake. Account of your friend will suspend, but they will clear your account after this and they will allow to use their site. Hope for best!
