I would like to discuss sentimental possessions. It doesn't matter how much the items are worth. I like technology. I am sentimental about some of the things that I have collected.
1. My two antique dolls which are called Katie and Penny. I bought them in the 1990s.
2. My costume doll collection.
3. My travel photos.
4. My digital camera that has a fantastic zoom on it.
5. My laptop.

There are many things I have in my possession which I cannot live without.
But the top 5 among them will be
1. My computer - It is not because it is a gadget, but because I love it.
2. My first puzzle set. I still play with it sometime. I have memorized every single piece of the puzzle. It was a gift from my grand father and I still love it.
3. A story book named 'Feluda'. It is a collection of story books about a detective named Feluda. It is like a Sherlock Holmes or Hercules Poirot series. It is written by Satyajit Ray.
4. My first watch. It does not work anymore but I still have it. Father gave it to me when I was 10 years old and I wore it for 6 years. It had a mickey mouse on it.
5. Last but not the least. I have a birthday card which was given to me by my girlfriend. I keep it very close to me.
Those are the top 5 things I have in my possession. I will not part with any of them.

Ok my five top possessions would have to be 1. My computer 2. My Elvis Memorabilia, I have a doll of him, a big picture, books, pen, etc.. 3. All my family and trip pictures 4.My Christmas Village and finally but not least a rather large picture of the WTC horror that was given to me by my brother. It was given to me because I survived the terror that day.

I think My most important possessions that I don't exactly need but use daily is my laptop.
I don't really have any sentimental possessions but my phone and my PS3 are also pretty important mainly because they prevent my being bored.

This is an interesting discussion. It has really made me think for a second. I have never been attached to material things. Honestly I did not keep anything from my childhood, I give things away to friends and others if they seem to like them more than me. I give clothes away constantly. I would say my top 5 would be different people in my life and different experiences that I have had. I cannot really list material things. I have a picture of my father that I love!!!!

One of my most prized possessions doesn't work any more and that would be my stereo. That's why I'm so thankful for youtube and pandora internet radio. I can go to those websites and listen to music I grew up listening to. I also have quite a record collection but since I can't listen to them, I listen to the same songs on youtube or pandora. My horse is another prized possession. My guitar is another prized possession and so is my dog. Kathy.
