It seems like this is always a New Years Resalution for me. To lose weight! Is anyone else planning for that this year. If so do you have any plans yet on how to go about it? I think I am just going to try to stick with eating lots of fruits and vegetables, fish, chicken and whole grains. See, I know how to do it. It just never happens that way. Ha Ha I can't seem to stick with the program.

Ya me too. I always say I am going to lose it but I never do. This year is going to be different though. I am starting to have health problems that weight loss and exercise would do wonders for. If you would like I am going to start a weight loss blog in the very near future. If you would like to keep in touch through there and support eachother then just add me as a friend or request me as a friend and I will get the blog address sent to you as soon as I get it up and going. I will also be adding it to my page here as soon as I can. Good luck on your future losing.

I think that I have never had a year that I did not promise myself that I would loose weight that year. Sometimes I get it right having years that I loose 10 kg only to slowly/or not put it all back. I am happy though I have not put on weight this winter which is a new experience. Hopefully by summer I will loose a few more and most importantly keep them off. Happy holidays.

I plan on continuing to lose weight this new year. I have been working on it for the last year plus and have lost around 50 pounds, have another 50 to lose before I'm at my target weight. If you are wanting to change things, do it in small steps. I switched to drinking water first, and then added an extra vegetable or fruit a day, and now I'm at the point it's rare I eat junk. Do the same for exercise and you will be fine.

I am... as always. I can't seem to stick with the program, either, although I feel better when I do. I need to eat more vegetables and less junk food!

I am going to continue to try as always, but that does not always mean much. I can honestly say I got into doing more exercise this year, but lately have failed at doing it regularly. I am hoping to at least get back into regular exercise and hope it leads to some weight loss or at least a little smaller waist to fit back into my clothes.

I think everyone is planning to lose weight.everyone would like to lose all the weight gained from eating a lot during Christmas and New Year parties.to lose weight, one should exercise, don't result to crash dieting, and eat healthily.it is much better to lose weight gradually than drastically.

I am focusing on over all health with the start of the new year. My goals will include losing weight, learning meditaion for relaxation and exersicing 30 3 time week. I think this is a good start to over all health. It will be hard to keep up with it but i think im in the right state of mind to do it this year. Good luck with your attempt too.

I definetly need to lose many pounds. I've never been as heavy as I am right now in the past. My plan is to never overeat. Always fix small portions and resist the temptation to get more. Apart from that I don't have time for a gym so I think I'll make it a point to run up and down the stairs for 10 minutes daily or five whatever i can handle at first.

I plan to do that everyday. lol. I just acquired a Wii fit from my friends and I am seeking treatment for a compusive overeating disorder. The vanity behind my losing weight regime has long since past. I now just want to be healthy and wish the rest of you luck that are also trying their best to drop the pounds. Cheers!

hehe I know what you mean by weight loss always being a new years resolution. I'm planning on eating really well, no junk food unless im REALLY craving it or for special occasions (of course when I have it, itll be in small amounts). I'm also going to try to get lots of exercise, especially now that I'm on break from school.
