I am very very overweight. Well, Ok. To me it's awful. I'm a little over 100 pounds overweight. I know there are others out there that are worse. And I feel for them. But I don't want to go there. I want to lose now before it gets any worse. I have high blood pressure and feet problems that would not be as bad if I lost my weight. Is there anyone out there that has lost at least 100 pounds that would be interested in sharing in their success. I sure would love to hear some success stories.

Select an exercise pattern to suit your life style. All of us have different life styles and professions so there is no sense in trying to follow the book strictly. Try and follow an exercise routine that is suitable for you. You have to understand that even more important than the exercise it is sticking to it. So unless you choose something that can suit your life style, you are not going to stick on to it.

if you are working hard to lose your weight, then you should do more exercises or some sport activities as routine as possible. try the natural way to reduce weight. I just lost about 30 pounds after 2 months focus on several routine exercises and control my meal plan. try to avoid/less sugar consumption on all of your food/drinks. actually, there are many ways out there you can try on how to lose weight, get some free tips on the internet or simply just buy a diet program e-book or video course. some of these products are highly recommended since my friend bought an e-book on diet program that focus on how to reduce weight naturally, instead of taking diet pills since you have high blood pressures. you can check this site superbdietplan.com, it has several good diet tips, i've just checked this site recently. i'm on my target trying to reduce another 20-25 pounds lol

I was very over weight after giving birth to my daughter.Thirteen years ago,but I remember I did alot to get back to normal.I joined a gym.I ate more fresh fruit and vegetables in my diet.I didn't diet with food,I cut out fattening desserts.I'm over weight now and I don't have energy to do my own advice to you.At the time I did this I lost lots of weight.I'm older now and have less motivation,I'm depressed about my weight,I've been over weight for four years now.I don't believe in dieting with food because it will get on ones nerves, and it only produces temporary weight loss.I wish you luck and hope you lose something.
