Rejection...is it worth?

Negative thoughts come streaming through my mind as I talk to the rude individual. I want to choke life out of him. And I said "who she think she is?". Rejection triggers a lot of negative reactions that reflect in our mind. But in other way rejection is a unique hands-on teacher in life. It has brought me maturity. I just thought that it won't kill me it only make me better. And it has increased my dependence and trust of God. Accepting rejection is painful but for me it's worth it. How do you accept rejection?
