How can somebody send me a mail from my own mail account?

I have been receiving junk mails from my own mail account. Is it possible to create a proxy e-mail account just like your's and mail you using the same id? I am all the time logging into my mail account, and there is no way somebody can hack it or use my password to log in. I've been logged in for more than 6 hours now and still I am receiving a mail from my own mail account. How can I stop this?

You better create your new email address for the personal or mailing purpose..
