Sometimes it takes me a while to go to sleep. To me I think to much, I think about what my body is doing when I do fall asleep. Do any of yall have tricks to help you personally fall asleep. thanks have a great day

I have the same problem. I have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. If i stay up late then im ok i can sleep but then i dont want to get up early in the morning. If i go to bed early then i wake up several times during the night. I have heard that meditation helps with it. I have not tried this but ive heard it works.

Some times, yes. I find it very hard to fall asleep, when I try it during the day, I mean in the afternoon, because I fall asleep very hard, when it's brightly out side! And also when I woke up to late at the morning I also fall asleep very hard!

There are nights, when I find it difficult to fall asleep. It doesn't happen all the time. It doesn't happen every night, but some nights it takes me a little longer to fall asleep. I'm not really sure why this is the case, but it just happens once in a while.

It sounds like you have the same problem that I do when it's bedtime. It doesn't matter how tired I am, I always seem to have trouble shutting my brain down. The second that my head hits the pillow my mind starts racing. I'm thinking about all the things I should have done, all the things I need to do, all the things I could have done and whether or not there is enough bolony for lunches tomorrow. All my thoughts seem to shake lose the second I try to go to sleep. What I have started doing that works for me is to listen to self hypnosis, meditation, pink noise, theta wave tracks on my ipod. Basically the voices (if any) and the background music or noise is very soothing and allows me to go to sleep. Worth a try to see if it helps.
