India is a vast country with unity in diversity.But at present,the unity of the country is in peril.The forces of disunity have come to the surface of our national life.The violence's in Gujarat,Kashmir and Assam are cruel blows to our national integration.The Naga and Mizo rebels are agitating for their tribal issues.The religious fanaticism such as Ramjanmabhumi-Babri Maszid conflict is striking at the very root of our national integration.The separatist tendencies for socio-political factors are at present very active in the country.But we should devote ourselves to preserve the unity of the country.There must be a mass awakening in this respect.
