You know how they always seem to ask that annoying question "what is one of your flaws?" Who in their right mind would day anything negative about themselves during an interview. So when I am asked that I usually turn a positive quality into a seemingly negative one, like perfectionism - saying that I sometimes too much of a perfectionist.
