These are the things I can't understand in life

Hi Vijayanths I think the reason why rich people want to make more money is greed. They are not happy because they have money but they don't have a good friend or a partner to share his sorrow and therefore most of them ends in trauma. It's an accepted fact that people throw stones at the fruit bearing tree rather than a wild tree who doesn't bear anything and that tree still gives shelter to everyone. Such is the example of good people but they have to suffer a lot. I think people who do sin but still roam around and live comforatble life because they believe in might is right and don't care what is wrong and what is right. If babies are dying of cancer then it's the adults which needs to be blamed because they have made this planet miserable for their own gain.

Prince Charles eats only one meal a day. He is a vegetarian I guess. We should ask him why.. :-) I have seen my friends eat very less, but they are millionaires and yet pretty stout and healthy. How shall we answer these questions? This is how law of Karma works I guess. What is success and what is failure? It's nothing but two opposite poles, reflections of the mind. Just like joy and sorrow. Pain and relief.... So is success and failure. Who made these conditions for man to be successful if he is talented, be happy if he is rich? It's all a creation of the mind. Isn't it? Disease, be it for babies, or for adults, it's all nothing but karma. I am sure you know it yourself Mr. Vijayanths. Lord Rama himself says in Yoga Vashishta, that he is so disillusioned by seeing this world, where rich people are also not happy, and poor are also not happy. People suffer from disease, and they are involved in gambling and pursue in accumulating more and more wealth, but still they don't seem to find permanent happiness. And Rama himself gets dejected seeing all this and is asking Vashishta Guru, what is happiness after all and what is that permanent truth? Instead of delving in these thoughts, we should rather strive and rise above these things of duality and perceive the permanent truth, and try to realize our connection with the Supreme Intelligence, which is the universal consciousness. People suffer in various ways, in every stage of their life due to their ignorant actions. As long as one is in this human body, he or she is bound to be imperfect, because they are not aware of their individual consciousness, and are bound to suffer in various ways. The only way to stop this suffering is liberation or nirvana. Everything that's happening now, is happening in the Now, like Echkhart says. It's just one moment in eternity. If you awaken yourself to this truth, all questions will cease....

If we go on thinking on these matters, we have to become another Budha, leave our families, go to forest and meditate. These are million dollar questions, continuing through ages and not being given any answers by any one. In Hinduism they say past karma, i.e. merits and demerits of past births being enjoyed or suffered in this birth. I have seen this and felt like this right from my childhood. My husband says one thing. He says In God's evaluation, everyone will get only 100 marks. Just like how people get more marks in science and less in maths, like that, some will get more money but not a good family, some will get good family but not good health. I have switched off the light in the room of these questions and switched on the light in the room of duty and the real life.

it all depends vijayanths..different people have different fate and different life style is given to them by God depending upon, what they have to suffer and what they have to do in life...this all is decided before coming to life..this is what i think...i dont know whether i am right or wrong..but yes though we try too hard sometimes luck doesnt favour us...and sometimes unexpected success comes our way...

Hi vijayanths: These are difficult question but I'll try to do my best in order to give you a good response according to my own beleive: -Rich people who can't eat more than 3 times a day who can't sleep occupying more than 6 feet in a home, can't wear more than a dress in a day wanting to make more money-why The fact of the matter is some of them are not happy.why?: They are just people that are acting stupid simply because they have not understood that the purpose of this life it's not to have more and more money but to be happy. They are in so many cases guilty of their own unhappiness and they don't get it. -Some of the extremely talented persons can't succeed in life -why?: Art and success are two different things. When you are a talented person you should know that what matters most is not public recognition but to do what you consider it's good for you as a person and professional. -Some of those who sin are living a comfortable life and some of those who are good are suffering in this world. why? Poor people, those who are in sin living in a comfortable life because they'll suffer on the other world, and then, that will be the eternal suffering. -Some babies are dying of cancer-why? I think abou them like angels. Their lives have a purpose. Maybe they are here to teach their parents to be better persons or to touch our selfish societies -Some people suffer through out their lives and some enjoy through out-why? We can not chose all the circonstances but we can work to make our world a better place, we are here because of political, economical decitions. hi Vijayanths.,the answer to your 1st ?-the poor are not happy as they are in pain & suffering & want to get rid of it & the only way they know is by becoming rich.., 2?-its combination of all other factors also that we should consider while asking this ? it may depend upon person to person but common ans to this? is they dont have support or get discouraged..,3?-those who sin live good life because their karma in past life has been really good thats y & good people in this life suffer as they had sinned in the past life according to karma..,4?-again same ans its karma my friend.,5?- again karma karma karma my friend ,all is depended on KARMA only....^_^

wow long list of tough questions. here's my quick take on it. we live in a fallen world so there are many things that we can't explain. it has happened because the original plan has been thwarted by sin. as for why people want to make more money, it also derives from innate sin and the desire to possess more and more if this is all they can have in this life.

I think firstly it depends on what values people were raised with and what goals one has for themselves. On the other hand sometimes people are not afforded the opportunities to be a success and sometimes that's the way life is. Sometimes doing better than your parents is all one can hope for. There are many questions and many of them with out answers. Everyone suffers to a degree, it just depends on what considers suffering to be weather it be an illness, money woes, or under achievement.

In short, Vijayanth, God treats all of us alike. The rich, the poor and the moderate groups all have to go through their lives paying for their sins in a previous life. What else can we conclude as there is no other logic to explain this strange phenomenon.

They are what we call miser as they are so conscious on their gard earned money that they become their master and they would not like to waste even a single cents for other as they become too greedy of their wealth..Well, some have experience the things you mention because it is the world have been today this heighten the differences between rich and below average income family or those suffering from extreme poverty. Life is so unfair but since you already realize it truth then do not like to become one of those unfair and treat your fellow human fair and blessing would just flow to you..

the rich always want get more money, but at last they lost many friends , happy things also away from them. maybe some one so talented but they fail to success, i think they cant find an viable way for them. the one who sin but have a comfortable life, i still think that just a flash, they may lost the comfortable life at last. so i think keep happy, try your best help more and more persons if you can.

these is a human nature , no matter how many clothes , home , money a person have , he will still wants to earn more and more , instead of contributing some to poor people they believe in collecting things and then throw away , and yeah it's true some people live happy life and some don't but this doesn't mean that their person will be happy throughout his life , sorrow and sadness will arrive someday and then a person have to suffer , and if a person wants to change his condition then he have to work hard in his life and have pay attention to god for happy living.

Rich peole cant eat 3 times a day? because for them time is gold, they cant manage to loose a little time just for eating, they will eat but the pleasure of eating is absent. They dont wear more than a dress? What do you mean? Rich people have time to change clothes in a day. It is inclluded in their business, you have to look presentable ofcourse. And you ask why rich people are not happy? Did you hear the saying that "Lucky in career,unlucky in lovelife" did you hear that? meaning, you cant have it all. You said talented people dont succeed? Because not all talented people have eough money to pursue their talent. Pursuing your career or talent needs lots of money to show to everyone your talent. Sinners who lived comfortably with their life? Because sinners do everything just to have what they want though it is illegal and unacceptable to God's eyes, they want to be rich? then the tendency of it is they will rub a bank or thing similar to that. Some good people who are not rich are contented for what they have for as long as they wont hurt others. Babies dying in cancer, you know here in the world we cant predict for what will happen, everything happens in God's will, maybe it is better to turn the baby back to HIM earlier rather than to suffer more here on earth. People suffer through out their life some are not? People make decisions in their life, they suffer because in what they do i think, Some people are lazy, they dont work, how come they will not suffer? Some are enjoying their life because they are trying and exerting their effort to have something to enjoy life. Thats it, Simple as that.

WHY? that's always the question. And we don't know what exactly is the reason why... I just know and believe that God has reasons why are these circumstances happen to our lives, to our society. That's life! And ask ourselves, do we do anything to at least change something about this happenings?

Because making money can be addictive and sometimes it's harder to relax than work even if you don't have to.

Hi viayanthths, I think it is simply because we don't understand, All things are working out in divine order, but as humans we are not able to comprehend the reason things appear as they do. In my opinion people are not good and bad, just different. Every once in ahile, we will be shocked when someone that we had great respect for commits a terrible crime, to me that just prove that we are really all one, and it is the circumstances of our lives that makes the difference.Blessings.

vijayanths good questions and I as so many others do not know all the answers to them. why did my best friend and really good woman die of c ancer after only two weeks of fighting it, and some no good wino will live forever, why, I just do not really 'know. I believe in God and Jesus. yet still wonder why. I think I know why some rich people never seem satisfied the reason is plain old every day Greed. I think perhaps we make some of our own bad luck when we make bad decisions. maybe we should pray and ask God for guidance before we make our final decisions.

Some say life is unfair..If this is a fact, we have to accept it.I have a friend who is well-educated,he's a real gentleman,he has good manners,you can talk with him for hours on various subjects.He's got a good job,nice house.But there's a thing that ruins his happiness - he's very short and his face is a bit deformed.Women always reject him.I look at him thinking:"God, why this great soul has to live in such a miserable body?" And I can't find the answer. Is it destiny? A child comes to this world innocent.But if he has to die in his crib then what was the purpose of his birth?To make suffer his parents?I don't know.No explanation. Sinners have nothing to lose,maybe they're not as happy as we all think.They just have the access to all material things.

I don't understand a lot of things in life, too. I find myself confused, angry, and depressed that there can't be answers to all the questions I have! But I think some questions just aren't meant to be answered. They're open-ended. It's like questions similar to "How did the universe begin?", "Which came first: the chicken or the egg?", and "What's the meaning of life?". If you let these questions bother you..You're going to go crazy trying to come up with a coherent answer. I prefer not to let my mind wander in these circles. Humans don't have the answer to everything, and that's hard to admit, but there are just some mysteries in life and the world that we just DON'T have answers for. I find that it's better to try to avoid thinking about it. That helps.!

There are many things I do not understand either: Why does anyone abuse a child or a spouse? Why do people fight wars in the name of religion? Why don't the filthy rich each adopt a certain number of the poor and at least see that they have food! As for some of your own questions, money never ever buys happiness, and greed is alive and well in this world. Disease exists and people, even children, die of it. God makes the rain (or sun) fall equally on the rich and poor. He gave of freedom of choice and will not interfere with what we do with those choices, so some use them for evil. People cause misery; not God.
