Do you like to visit relatives homes?

I mean you can eat, visit, take pictures whatever. Then you can leave. Sometimes, I have fun doing this. I even stay after and help clean up. Do you look forward to visits? Or do you dread it and avoid it whenever possible?

Hi ersmommy1 How are you doing. This is giftsandbags.com speaking. I had to make a new account. LOL I just left my mothers house a while ago. I was there for breakfast this morning. I stayed with her till noon time. I love to go over to my mothers home. She now lives right across the street from me. So it is so easy to get there.

To be honest, I used to dislike to visit my relatives. But i think it's not right to do that. It's polite to visit them if possible, at least it means you're caring about them, you're close-relationed and a big family.

I like to visit but I don't like to overstay my welcome. We travel a lot so we have family that will allow us to stay with them when we come into town. Its nice to be welcomed in and we try to keep neat so that we don't have to clean up too much. My kids are usually the ones who help mess up so they have to clean up.

We like to stay home a lot more than going out and visiting family. Almost all of my husbands family live in different states so it makes it a bit harder to visit them and as for my family I get along with my side of the family but i don't really tend to got out and visit them if I run into them while in town or there is a family get together than that is when we visit and that is plenty for me.

Yes, i like it. I love to see all my relatives, but some of them live far away and I can't have the opportunity to visit them very often. But I love to be their guest or they to be mine!

Yes, I actually do enjoy visiting my relatives' homes when there's a special occasion because during those times, we have all our relatives together and it's nice to see everyone together. It's like a huge gathering at a relatives' house, whether it's mine or theirs. It's really nice for me because I like seeing the family together. My dad came from a family of 6 children so it's pretty huge and so it's hard to get everyone together, so those special occasions are those rare times when we can all get together. Because the family is so big, we aren't that close. I mean, my aunts and uncles and parents are close, but I'm not too close with my cousins because we don't get a chance to hang out that often. Some of my cousins are close with each other but they're mainly guys and they like to go out and be active. The girls on the other hand, we're a little more independent and like to do our own thing. The family gatherings really give us a chance to bond, whether we take that chance or not. Plus it helps us keep up to date with everyone and what's going on.
