I just found this website, where you can upload your photo, and select any of the effects listed in the site to add it onto your photo. Some effects are animated. It's quite fun and cool! There is a new feature - called photofunia lab, where there are some image manipulating & filtering tools that can be applied to our images. One of the great stuffs is "Animator". I have always been wanting to learn how to create a GIF animation, now I can just use this Animator to help me creating it, without learning the technique.
