I do deal with one website that deals with gift cards to a lot of places. After a long, long time I finally got enough for a 25 gift certificate for Amazon.com. I was planning on using it for my husband for Christmas, but because of their process. I will have to wait until January to receive it. Luckily, my husband is a patient man when it comes to things like that. Honestly, I don't mind dealing with websites that give gift cards as long as it doesn't take forever to receive one through the internet.

I can't be bothered with sides that take forever like that. It is just too much wait for me. I hope your husband and you had a wonderful Christmas today.

I didn't think it was going to take forever either. According the site owner, I guess so many people have tried to scam them, so it's procedure now to make sure they don't get scammed. We actually had a wonderful Christmas, the girls had a better one of course. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas as well.

No, I do not need gift cards, just cash. On at least one website this week a whole bunch of gift cards were not activated properly. Enough of a reason to avoid them

Swagbucks used to only pay in gift cards, and so did Gather. When I was in the USA I got all kinds of Borders gift cards from Gather, and even in Canada I could get Amazon cards from Swagbucks. Now Gather offers cash, and that's great for me now that I'm back in Canada. As for Swagbucks, I can get a $5 Amazon card for 45 SB's, or $5 cash for 70 SBs. I'd rather get the gift cards. I get a better deal

Hi, If you are speaking of sites that you do work for them and they only pay in gift cards, I don't mind too much if it is a Visa gift card because it can be used anywhere. However, some places only give out like Barnes & Nobles or Amazon, I really don't like it because I don't usually buy things from them online. But now a days, your lucky to get paid at all. Happy MyLotting! Char

yeah you are right there. I put my articles up on one site and I get only home depot cards because I am canadian and that is the only gift card I can use in Canada. Even then I have to send them to a friend in New York and she sends them to me.

Although I prefer cash as a payment option, I'd still participate on sites if they only had gift cards, but it depends on which stores they have. Amazon is my number one choice when it comes to gift cards. I don't like giving out credit card info online, so using Amazon gift cards is ideal for me.
