Sucks that my friends are disappearing left and right again. I believe they are being sucked into the mylot abyss but are usually 'seen' again later on. Hope you don't end up going that route yet again, wont. But then, you'll just end up doing what some of the other have been doing.........

One has to Mylot with the constant fear or is it happiness that they will not be allowed to do it anymore one day.May Mylot is using it's power to cull at will every now and then to curb the unruliness,or indecency which is it's own discretion.Though it is sad to see some of the very enthusiastic people disappear I thin it is a person's decision to stay or go away from a place he does not like.What do you think Zu.

I figured if anyone could explain it, it'd be you. LOL I know some come back, others I'm not so sure about. Maybe some get sucked into it, who knows? LOL Or maybe they just give up and move on to other things. Well, I guess the only ones that know anything about it are the ones that have experienced it before. Happy mylotting!

I was going to say that you are one of the many "disappeared". But looking at your profile clearly you are still very much here. I cone and go but don't feel the same need to be here like I once did. I still see many of the folk that were active here a few years ago and that is enough for me. I guess that it is in the nature of things that people ebb and flow through our lives. Hope all is well with you and yours.

I know this is an old discussion but as soon as I saw it, I had to laugh. I know that I am kinda random here, I like it here and all and I am one of the biggest supporters outside the site to naysayers who try to complain and grumble and claim they don't get anything out of it, they don't make any money, they don't make any friends because nobody likes them blah blah blah. Well, as long as you stay true to yourself and you are who you say you are, post interesting discussions or comments, and don't tick off everybody left and right by arguing with everybody for no reason, you probably WILL do well here lol. I've noticed if I'm here off and on all day, I can post a ton and it reflects in my 'benefits' lol. In my opinion, some of the dearer members who I call friends get busy in life with other stuff, not that this isn't still a cool place, but they just get busy and so this falls by the wayside. They get resurrected once in awhile but sometimes there is just a 'season' for things and people don't really come back. Others... well, you're right. Maybe they got tired of negative people, being followed from discussion to discussion by someone who was determined to ruin their day, being ganged up on by trolls, etc. I can't explain the situations where people have been banned or suspended, I don't understand half of those that happen, obviously whoever is calling the shots there lives in a different pool or morality than I do. I don't 'like' this person so I'm gonna ban em. Hmmm. This person cursed one time too many, 'chop chop'. I say you treat everybody the same, hold everybody to the same standard here, or NO standard is worthy. If you use your own personal issue to dislike somebody, that is your problem and the rest of us want nothing to do with it lol. Some people come back because they won't be shot down, and I think that is good. I hate seeing good people snuffed or silenced by jerks and bullies, and I will always be on the side of the good people, despite what the jerks and bullies try to say. Jerks and bullies are insecure idiots who seem to feel the world (and all of us) OWE them or something. We don't owe them. They owe themselves and it's not up to us to pity them, make them feel better, or do anything to help them out at all. anyway, nice to see you again

After four years of seeing it happen over and over again, I jut accept it as part of mylot that will never change and deal with it as I need to.
