Once upon a time I knew absolutely nothing about computers and then I would have to call upon others to help me out. However, I took a course in Computer Maintenance and Installation, known as the A+ and now I do everything myself in terms of fixing and repairing my own computer. I also would like to help others and gain some real world experience in the field. I did study hard for the qualification after all and I don't want it to go to waste. So, I'm a qualified IT Technician!! Andrew

I'm eager to learn about computers/laptops whether it's hardware or software problems. But before you went into troubleshooting something that you don't know you must first have a little research before you do the task. I do everything on my pc/laptop. I learn from time to time whenever there are problems. I sometimes seek for help on the web. In that way I learn something and in some ways I can teach what I learn whenever someone ask for my help.
