Have you watched paranormal activity?

I have not watched that movie although I enjoy watching the show Psychic Detectives :-) But I am with you that if we see something paranormal happening that we do not understand it is best to ignore it.

I recently watched it. I agree with you; it's best not to delve into the unknown; we might never know with these 3rd dimension things or forms etc. I still don't know until now whether that was a true story or just an inspiration out of a true event.

I have paranormal activity in my house. One is a ghost boy about 8 to 10 years old, and the other is a repeater ghost who happens to be my brother. My brother passed away three years ago, and his energy is still in my house. It doesn't bother me because I knew that he loved that computer and that his voice is still on the voice mail inbox. We haven't has the heart to take it off of the phone, so we just leave it on there. I will call it every now and then just to hear is voice in case I forget it.

Hello rjvb I have never seen the show before but i am actually recording one of the episodes that are airing tongiht because the hotel that they are investigating is real close to my home town and they have a haunted house there every Halloween...I will have to see if I believe it or not Hehehe

Hey rjvb26. I think i watched Paranormal Activity. but I hear there are 2 versions. One scary and the other not as scary. I think I saw the not as scary one because it wasn't too frightening. I have seen this movies and i like it allot... so did my mom and sister. My husband and my brother in-law didnt like it. Its is true that at first it is really boring but i didnt really mind because i dont think the movie would have been the same with out it. I think they did it taht way so you could get to know and care about what happened to teh people in the movie! It gets really good and scary at the end! I don't think it make a difference... i think what happened would have happened anyways.

I like to watch a lot of horror movies .I think that this is one of the good ones among them. Watching paranormal activity would have been and excellent surprise if the too much hype has not been build up about these movie.The expectations killed this movie. Otherwise it is a well made horror movie definitely standing apart from the run of the mills B grade cheap horror movie of today.

I was so disappointed in this movie. I was expecting much more and at the beginning of it, I thought it was based on real events. Then when the credits came up, I realized it wasn't because they did the whole thing about this movie is fictional and not meant to be like anyone or anything. I did hear that this movie has a couple of different endings. I have talked to a couple of people that have seen the ending that I didn't.

yeah, i've watched it. You just don't know how hard it made me to go to sleep. The scenes when they are sleeping just made me uncomfortable on my seat. It's hard to watch. But it's very realistic you see. Horror movies nowadays always make the ghost so apparent that it makes the movie unrealistic and boring to watch. This is an example of a good horror movie; so realistic that the viewers may feel that they are also experiencing what Micah and Katie is undergoing. Although, I don't like the ending. I was waiting for more but it just ended like that. So miserable.

hello rjvb, I watched the movie,and it's not impossible it could happen in real life. The demons sometimes are not the picture that normally we've known. Some people create demons in their minds becoz,they want to believe things(paranormal)and they even entertain the thoughts of demons around them. Bad spirits are everywhere,do not let them in,in your thoughts ...once those bad spirits are being entertained...they will surely disturbed you.It is satan's way of deceiving people. Regarding the movie,it is really disturbing if could ever happen in real life...one thing i can say...less faith in God will results with bad spirits disturbance. I already saw this movie. It actually kick a**. lol. Your right its a little boring on the first part but little scary. But as the story goes on, it didn't scare me at all. Because of my belief, i don't believe in ghost until i see them. even though some people feel it, I still preferred to see such things like that. Hmmmm as what i think, it should be better if the guy didn't disturb the ghost. But that's the story you can't do anything about it. The characters are not that so many and the venue is just in the house and it became popular. woah.

well so far i don't remember i have seen lots of movies that i cant ever remember its name anyway sound familiar,as you know we are humans and we have a tendency to explore and we go beyond that, for me i like things to explore at least its best to die exploring or discovering something,anyway things like this are way creepy and scary not to mention the thrill and chill,fear..

Awe don't ruin it for me!! Haha just kidding. I haven't seen it yet, but so many people have already told me about it that I hope the scariness will have worn off. Probably not with my luck though, and I probably won't be able to sleep forever. It just creeps me out how they set up the cameras and the scary things happened during the night. I guess they did ask for it though, they were asking the spirits to play a game, challenging them.

I also agree with you about that guy in that movie but still i dont agree just ignoring it because in future whats happens we dont know so we must find out how to solve that problem..

I watched it, and I hated it. It was not scary at all, I jumped a little bit at one point, but that was it. I did think it was stupid that he kept communicating with the demon, the guy was just a jerk in the movie, very annoying. The girl should have left him.

I wasn’t going to respond because I have not seen “Paranormal Activity’ but I plan to! I love to read, watch or hear anything to do with the Paranormal because to me it is the most fascinating subject! I love watching anything that deals with ghosts, spirits etc, I love being scared at the movies even at home my mother and I used to stay up until really late scaring ourselves silly watching something scary; my Dad used to just go to bed...

Hey! Yes I did watch paranormal activity. there are people who dont believe in things like ghosts and demons and still got freaked out by the movie. I guess it was just the feeling the movie puts on people and the after affect. To me it wasn't as scary and people said it would be but it did freak me out psychologically. I personally don't believe in ghosts but I do believe in demons mostly because I am religious. Thats what freaked me out because I didnt want that happening to me. Yes there are things that we can't explain like the one shown in the movie whether you believe it or not. But it is al psychological, it can really hurt you if you dont believe. It can scare and freak you sometimes but it cant hurt you. Yes if you feel like something is wrong...STOP MESSING AROUND WITH IT. Especially if it deals with spirits and demons and ghosts because there are a lot of dangerous things out there and people should not dabble into. Hope this helped! =]

I think paranormal is a big help for those lost souls.To resolve their problems and in different situations to bring them in peace.And paranormal is their to understand on the third world happenings and to be connected as in our real world.

Hai, after watching the movie i got a thought that whether after my sleep things are like that.?! ..after 1 day in between a deep sleep ..my leg was slightly dropped ..then suddenly my heart beats r increased.. You can imagine how much i scare by watching that movie. Its really hurryfied me..:-(

Yep, I did watch. Thing was, at the beginning of the movie it was a bunch of teasers with the bed scenes. I literally gave up on the movie close to end [before the scene where the girl gets posessed]. I have no intention of finishing it.
