No DSL connection yet...

PLDT sucks!!! It has been 2 weeks since our landline has been reconnected and still no DSL connection. For details of this rant of mine, please check my site. Link is in my profile. It's too long to post it here. But one thing I can tell, PLDT is one f*cked up company. For a company as big as them, they can't provide proper service. I seriously regret having applied for their service in the first place.

Go to a better service provider. Look for what's in your area and read reviews and ratings on your home companies. If you are overcharged and under supported it's time to change companies because your business isn't appreciated by him.

as much as i'd want to change providers, i can't. they have a 1-year lock for all new subscription and we will only turn 1 year March 2010. if i am to have the account cut right now, i'll have to pay around US$100 to cover the unused months. :(
