Help..How can I contact admin?

Guys! help I need to ask admin why my downline referral username "jensky888" can't log in to her account. Its almost three days now. Please help. Because shes a vivid fan of mylot. She using computer in her office. .. Any advice. Thanks.

Just go to the private messaging area on your profile page and address it to myLot.com. That's all there is to it.

Thanks..Can I make a complain for other mylot? Or do she need the one to complain to mylot? Problem is how can she complain if she can't login? Right? .. Thanks I will try to pm mylot and listen to their suggestion. thanks.
