Here is one for fudge balls. 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup chocolate chip morsels 3/4 cup honey optional: toppings In a sauce pan melt peanut butter, chocolate chips and honey. Pour it into a bowl and refridgerate 2 hours. Roll mixture with your hands into bite size balls and put them on a tray. I use powdered sugar to coat the balls.

They are also called Chocolate Chips. You use them for baking cookies. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

would you like to include some Indian dishes in your Christmas celebrations? Take 1 cup of wheat floor and cheese [1 cup dry]. fry wheat floor with 2 tablespoonful of ghee [or butter] and mix cheese with it. mix dry fruits and sugar powder according to taste and make small balls. put a frying pan on gas and just heat up all balls from all side for half a minute. do not leave any ball unturned otherwise they burn. you can pack them in wrappers or store in fridge to eat whenever you like.
