How do you deal with the pressure?

We can feel more pressure, sometimes we are not sure where they come from. However we can not ignore it, so many people try much methods to reduce the pressure. Someone can go shopping, plag games or drinking etc. My friend would like to make massage, he often invite me to do that. It can make you relax and take good sleep. Although the pressure can not disappear you can get some quiet at that time. How do you reduce your pressure?

I always try to deal with pressure by meditating, praying, and sitting in contemplation. I even introspect alot. Yoga is one way of releasing your stress and it is one of the best ways I would say. You can involve in sport activities like Badminton or Swimming also. Swimming is one of the best exercises and a natural massage for the body.

I like to write, draw/doodle, listen to music, or work out. Writing or drawing/doodling helps keep my mind off of stressful things & just be creative for a second. Music and working out soothes my mind & body and just relieves everything

I often go out for a nice movie, or stay at home listening to my favourite music,or read an inspirational book or related to particular subject,or sleep for hours, take leave for a while and visit a place of my choice, or talk and talk for hours with my childhood friends so on and so forth.But the one thing, I mostly do when I feel stressed out, is sit in a corner in a calm place and meditate for a while, it will definitely work for me, but if it didn't, then I turn to other options.
