In the festive season Christmas songs are inescapable, they surround you in every shop and at parties. Some of them are bearable while others are pretty much audio-torture. But which one is your all time favourite?
And my fav. are following:
all i want for christmas is you by Mariah carey - it's a modern day classic
and
christmas wrapping by the waitresses - I like the storyline, it's cute...
Merry Christmas....!!!

I love fairytale of new york, by the pogues.
it's mostly thought of as "the one with all the insults in it" but that's a really shallow way to view it. it's a really sad story about people heading to America for a better life, and falling in love when they are full of that hope, the better future not happening, and them being still together but old and bitter.
and the last chapter makes me bawl, but it's so touching.

The Christmas Song of Jackson 5. there has been a lot of rendition of that song, I love the melody and everything! When singing that song, I feel the christmas spirit already.
