At night someone can go to bed early and enjoy their beautiful dream, somone fight with the sleepless. We spend about a third of our lives sleeping, however it is by no means a waste of time. If we can not have a nightly rest we can have a healthy and active life. Sleep boosts the immune system, the muscles relax and skin has time to regenerate. Intensive and adequate recovery requires uninterrupted sleep. We never stop talking about insomnia, more and more people suffer disturbed sleep, concerning from problems with falling asleep to staying asleep. The basic problem is absolute relaxzation before bedtime. We can listen to quiet, relaxing music or have an evening stoll. Do you have enough sleep?

Fortunately or unfortunately[as it disturbs my studying plans]I don't have this problem, in fact in my whole life, I never really encountered with this problem.Once I fall on the bed, that's it, I slip into deep sleep.People often say that, worries or disturbances in one's personal life keeps them awake and affects their sleeping habits immensely, but strangely, it runs the other way for me, I fall into deep sleep, when something really worries me, that's may be because it stresses me out to the maximum.
But for sound sleep certain tips may help you, just give it a try.
1.Take a shower before you sleep,it certainly feels better.
2.Try reading a book which shouldn't be interesting ofcourse as this would further worsen your problem.
3.Avoid drinking coffee or tea at bed time instead try a glass of warm milk.
4.Try watching, some stupid daily soap or a movie on t.v.
