When I have the time, I crochet and knit. I am currently crocheting a granny square afghan. I am going for a really big one so it can cover my queen size bed. I am using up some scrap yarn I have. I am also learning punchneedle embroidery and want to get back into doing regular embroidery and cross-stitch. I have collected some really cool cross-stich patterns over the last few months. My little sister has been learning quilting and she is working on one now while she on break from college. There are many other crafts like beading and macrame that I would like to try but I have to find some time for it lol. Hope you get to try something new. Happy mylotting!

I try to. It is one of the few things that lowers my stress level lol. I hope you have fun with punchneedle embroidery. I got a punchneedle book that dated back from the 70s that I want to try when I get some time. Another one you may want to look into is the Knit Wit. It is this tool you can use to make afghans and stuff. There is so many things to try so I hope you find what you like.

I love to sew -- bags, purses, clothes. I also like paper crafts, making decoupage boxes, recycling things and make them look new again. Now, I'm learning to make beaded necklaces.

It sounds good the amount of crafts you are doing and the recycling I have not tried that yet but I might just do that in the new year. Thank you and Happy New Year

I love the concept of upcycling as a craft, by recycling old things and making them new. It's one of my favorite hobbies as a crafter as well. I love making paper crafts from old piece of paper and making them look nice. It's a challenge but really fun.

I do alot of paper crafting, making cards, scrapbooking...and I also crochet..and other misc. crafts. I love doing crafts and luckily have a room where I can keep all of it out. I used to do more sewing but that has fell by the wayside since I started papercrafting....but I am keeping all my material just in case I get the urge again!

I started making jewelry this year. Most of the jewelry items I made are beaded earrings and necklaces. I tried knitting long long time ago, and now I have almost forgotten all the skills I learned. I am planning to try wired jewelry in 2010. I am reading books on it.

I quilt, sew, cross stitch as well as knit and crochet. I am up to trying most any crafts and at moment my hubby and I are trying stained glass. If you like doing the cards you may like scrap booking or making book covers. I do bookmarks as starter projects in many styles with my kids but have to admit I love to cross stitch them as gifts.

I also enjoy knitting and crocheting, mostly scarves and shawls. I really enjoy knitting triangle shawls. I paint landscapes and seascapes. Right now I'm working on a painting of an old barn in the country. I love old barns! I sell collaged items and wreaths, some cards on Etsy.com. Lately I have been handpainting ceramic pendants, to sell on Etsy. I really think paper crafts of any kind are my favorite crafts.

I've done a lot of things over the years, but stitching, both needle point and cross stitch are my "come back" crafts - ones that I like enough to keep doing to "come back to" projects

I make jewelry using sea glass that I find on the beach. I also trade with collector's from around the world to help give my creations a different look. I used to do a lot of knitting, but found it too stressful to complete items for others...I still knit for myself or for surprise gifts for others. But now, I'm a jewelry maker. Soap making is something I would love to try if I had the room (and cash) to experiment.

I sew. I make bags and redesign clothes. Before, I used to make my old dresses and clothes into a new one by cutting, sewing and placing other things on the clothes. Right now, I make bags. Most of them, I give as Christmas gifts.

That is a good idea making bags and giving them as a gift and I like the way you redesign your old clothes. Happy New Year.
