What is your dream job?

I know that many people are working in jobs that are meaningless and unimportant to them merely because they are making money. Some people stay at dead end jobs because it's all they are accustomed to and others are afraid of taking a chance and furthering their education to get their dream job or to just go out for an interview. I have been thinking a lot lately about what I want to do with the rest of my life. The job I am at is good and all; good pay, great benefits, the people I work with are great, but the job is not what I would call my dream job. I am getting ready to start my MBA and hoping to get my CFA or CFP certification. My dream job would be working in banking/finance/securities. Maybe for Wall Street someday. What is your dream job? What would you like to do with your life?

Hello! My dream job is having a small veterinary house for dogs. Because I love dogs. I would be my own boss and to things that I like. It would be a place where dogs are healed, groomed, educated and maybe it would have a small spaces where dogs could be left if an owner is traveling somewhere or going for holidays and he cannot take his pet with him. It would be a small dog house ;) I would have maybe 3 or 5 employees with specific education but I would be a manager/owner. Yes, this is a small dream of mines !!! ;)

If this your passion I would go for it because it seems like it is something that you like. Being your own boss is also beneficial because you do not have anyone breathing down your neck telling you waht to do. Keeping a small amount of employees seems like a very good idea. This will save you money in the future. I am an animal lover go for your dream and do not let anyone stop you.

I have had so many crappy jobs in my life.I have always wondered what my dream job would be and have been asked that question so many times and I think my dream job would be to be the boss somewhere in finance or banking. I would want to have short hours with great pay and benefits as well. And down the road work at home and have all the time I could with family. I would like to go to school but I just can't afford it at this time. I have thought about criminal justice like working on forensics but I don't think I could handle some of the things they go through.
