They said that Czech, Ireland, Luxembourg, Germany, Australia, Austria, UK are top consumers. What about Russia?

I wasn't able to find anything else recent, except apparently Russia has tripled there consumption rate in the last 2 decades. So who knows maybe you were right about Russia
