Early Tax Loans, BEWARE!

Was just talking to a friend: Said she got an income tax loan...$45.00 to prepare the loan, $55.00 in January then the full fee to complete taxes in February:-(
Does this sound right...oh yeah, they would only give her $300.00 because of negative credit history!!
I told her I wouldn't do it...she said, "but I had no money" I said, join the club...I had to scrape to get $$$ for my cigarettes:-(
And this too shall pass, I say!
I believe that as God suffered on the cross, so must we in different forms.
I also believe that right now there is only 1 set of footprints in the sand and that is because He/She is carrying me and my family through these hard time.
How about you myLotters? Whatta you think?

I am with you. I did that one time some years ago and let me tell you it is some crap. They take out all of these fees now and some more in regular tax season. I told myself I was never gonna do that again. Your friend will later regret doing it once she go and filed her taxes and alot fees get taking out. Some people will do anything just to have a couple dollars in their pocket. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you too.
