One of my friends kept mentioning "Pandora" the other day, and I didn't look it up until just now. It's awesome!
It's this internet radio that plays the music YOU like. On the opening page, you type in you favorite band, then it automatically finds a "station" that plays that band, and bands similar to it. I looked up one of my favroite underground (aka not mainstream/popular) band and I was happily surprised to see it come up on my station, along with a ton of other bands I like. And if a song you don;t like comes up, you can "dislike" it, and the radio station will automatically avoid playing it for you.

Thanks for the information olsaur. I have not heard of this Pandora. The fact is I have never even listened to any of the internet radio stations. I will certainly look into this site immediately.

Just now tried that site, and it is only for the residents of USA. They have sent a nice letter, regretting that they will able to provide music to citizens outside USA.

I had heard about this a while ago, but hadnt really been using it. For some reason, I decided to turn it on the other day. I LOVE it!!! I wish I had started using it a long time ago.
It amazes me that they are so good at predicting songs that I will like!! I wish I knew how they did it! I just hope I dont use it too much to run out of my free time!!
