No more Pacquiao-Mayweather fight?

Just on the news last night that the mega fight is off due to the drug test that mayweather's side would want on pacquiao 2 days before the fight. Pacquiao even agree to have it after the fight but not 2 days before coz it will really affect him and make him weak somehow. Arum, the promoter of the fight even told that the truth is mayweather is afraid because arum himself believe that pacquiao will beat mayweather. any comment guys?
