I am excited in holiday, however I am still worry about my weitht. I can not control my mouth when i see the delicous food on Christmas and New Year's Day. Every holiday i had to spend more time losing my weight. How do you deal with it? Can you keep weight on holiday?

Same here. There's not enough of a hike for me to try to fix or worry about it.

Exercise out doors as far as possible. There are two advantages of doing whatever you are doing out side. One advantage is that it gives your body a chance to get a lot of the much needed fresh air and sunshine. The second advantage is that the surroundings keep you perked up and it is a break form remaining cooped up all day lon

Ha ha ha.... That's true with any religious festival... Even in our festival in October, November, we celebrate Diwali, and have so many sweets and delicacies, I just can't control myself at times... But, I eat more of those sweets which are not just extremely sugary. But mostly made of milk and wheat... I have reduced on sweets in the last years... But I was like you, and I know what it feels like.
But otherwise also, I am just at home and keep eating something or the other... and it's usually some snack and I do tend to put on a belly at times, but the sooner I notice I am adding on disproportionate weight to my body I start doing yoga rigorously and lose weight soon. I just take care of this one factor that I don't put on weight. I would suggest you to learn Ashtanga Yoga... Just one session of it every day would burn all your calories, and along with it, just keep a regulation on your diet and quantity of food. You will notice yourself slimming down in no time.
