This depends upon your definition of success. You have to be happy in your work, but you also should try to avoid unpleasantries and conflicts.

The key to success at work is hard work. You can gain and earn some thing only by hard work.No body can do anything for you other than your hard work.

you have to work hard and get done whats neccisary!! If you want to have you boss speak about you than you have to prove to them that you can do the job...and you want to do the job!!!!
