After graduation my friends and I went to different city began to our work. Sveral daya before we came back and celebrate the holiday, I find that they change a lot. My friends are good at chaning their attitude with leader, colleagues or clients. My friend told me I were the friend of you as before, society changed us, that's the point. How do you think about it? You change yourself or when you are in different situation you are changed by the situaiton? What kind of person are you, like to change or not?

I am usually pretty good at adapting to new situations or circumstances, but I am also pretty set in my ways for the most part. My personality does not change for the most part...

As the old famous saying said:smart guys know the ins and outs.Someone changes in different conditions because of subjective or objective reason. In Chinese a popular song named look me 72 changes, when you have time you may listen maybe you will find another attitude and value of life.

I don't change my whole personality, but my body language and my speech will change depending on the circumstances. At home or with my friends, I am laid back, use non-words like ain't or dunno or mm-hmm and I will slouch. When I am in a professional situation, then I stand up straight, don't cross my arms or shove them in my pocket, and speak using proper english words and complete sentences. As far as personality, it pretty much stays the same. I think a lot of people are "split" - being one way in one situation and another way in another situtation. I think it's how you succeed at work.
