I still have to work at Christmas night this year

It is sucks, but I guess I am ok with it now. On Christmas night, which is Friday night, I still have to work, that is my part - time job at the restaurant that night. I had considered the atmosphere of economy right now, earning is the priority, so a little sacrifice on Christmas night is all right with me. So, how many of you still have to work at Christmas night?

I am not working as of now but when i did even i used to work night on Christams. But we used to have fun at work and celebrate Christmas in the office! I know it hurts not be with family members during Christmas but work is work and one has to do their work.

I'm sorry to hear that.on friday,i have a class.so i just few time to enjoy this day.at night,i will paticapate in a paty with my roommates and classmates.

I don't have to work now on Christmas as I am retired, but used to have to work Christmas eve in a resturant, and although I was sad to be away from my kids on that night, the tips was great, sometimes walked out with $200. for the night, so maybe with the economy so bad you will make a little extra cause it is Christmas night and that will help you out some.

Luckily, I don't have to work on Christmas, it's too bad that you do. But, you have to do what you have to do, and a lot of people can't even find jobs right now. It's never nice working on a holiday, especially Christmas, but at least you have a job. Hopefully, you get double time or something like that. That kind of makes it worth it.
