I have to go for my business today because I have a package that is over 13 oz that needs to go out and I can't mail that from home, so I have to drive all the way to the post office just to turn that in. I would rather stay home and make fudge but I have to go to the Post Office, how about you, will you go to the post office today or have you already been?

I mailed out everything I needed to on Monday so I will not be going to the Post Office today.

nope no post office for me, everything gets delivered to my door, but I am not expecting anything from the post office anyway. The only time they don't deliver is if there is too much snow on the the stairs and they can't get by.

No, actually I go very scarcely to this place as today is the era of quickness and internet does it all for me so why to go in a post office and wait for days when ur message can reach other person in seconds.
I go to post offices once in 3 months or even more.

I don't really have any need to go to the post office on Christmas Day. I have already sent out my Christmas cards and other stuff a few days ago. I don't really know if the local post office is even open on Christmas Day. lol.

I still haven't mailed out my Christmas cards, so I will either leave them until after Christmas and call them holiday cards, or panic today. I just finished knitting a gift, and I have a couple of other errands to run, so I'm not sure.

I went to the post office yesterday. I was mailing out a gift, and it was a madhouse. plus they only had to people working the windows. I stood in line for 20 minutes. It was crazy.

I didn't but my wife did she got there at 12:45 and they were already closed apparently they closed at noon today, my wife was upset because she drove there in an ice storm because she had a package that was just 2 oz to heavey to be mailed from home and it had already been returned due to it's weight, anything over 13 oz has to be handed to a postal worker.

I don't have any need to go to the P.O., It would be a good time though since there is probably a steady flow of people sending packages or buying stamps. Be safe.

I don't want to be at a Post Office, a store of any kind, I don't even want to be driving on the roads today. I took care of everything that needed to be done outside. All my gifts are wrapped. I'm now in the mist of cleaning my house, last minute laundry and baking. This will be my day today. I hope to be in bed at a reasonable time because I know my granddaughter will be waking up bright and early.Merry Christmas!

Hi lady
I have a post office box where I get my mail. I opened one up back a year ago when I moved in the camper with hubby in another town that he was working. Now that I have moved Im keeping it until it is time to renew then I will cancelle it then.
So yes I went to the post office today. I will have to go back on Saturday to check it again. The post office is about 6 miles away. I will be glad to get it here at my driveway..
Keep Smiling.
Merry Christmas

I make sure that my stuff is mailed out no later than the 21st of the December. I hate going Christmas Eve because I am afraid of the long lines. I avoid the post office, grocery stores, and the bank at all costs. One year I made the mistake of going grocery shopping on Christmas Eve and it took me two hours to buy three items.
