Where can I find on mylot that how many discussions I have repled per day?

Every response you make would increase the number besides your name. That tells you how many responses you made. You have to take note of the last figure before you commence responding. From there you will be able to keep track on the number of responses you made at the end of the day.

just in case you forget the number from where you had started then go to the responded section in discussion to see the you had started from.that can also give you a rough idea of how many posts you participated in.but better to remember the number next to your name.
