Runescape has just recently released the 2009 Christmas event.
The rewards are:
-a wieldable candy cane
- a ghost robe top, hood, and robe bottom
- and a "dramatic point emote"
What do you think about the event?
(i think the ghost robes are the best non-tradable holiday event clothing by far!)

I think that this event seemed to be not as fun as some of the older events. It was hard, because first they made you look for things in the house, which was boring and just took up time, having to walk around. Then you had to talk to NPCs, and this was very difficult because the players and snow imps running around kept blocking the people at the feast. I couldn't find the Snow Queen easily, either because people could also walk over her; I only saw the imps that walked over her! And then, having to write down the order of the people who were frozen by the magic fire. . .
But I did enjoy the emote and candy cane, they're pretty nice. I didn't really like the ghost robes and I think the Santa outfit looked better going with the candy cane

i didn't like it either it was so boring, and the storyline is copywrited, the only things good about the event were the awards. thats just my opinion :/

This event is alright, the only problem is that my friend, a former member, does not want to take off his magic cape (t). So he cannot finish the event. He had to stop at the part after you make the ghost costume.
