I started a discussion yesterday regarding the best PTC site, however some site that were suggested are just suitable for US,Canada and UK residents. Now, I'd like to ask what is the best PTC site for us who are not living in US,UK and Canada? Exception goes with Neobux,I signed up yesterday with that site as a mylotter's referral.
