It's interesting for me to compare salaries in different countries and prices in different countries. I start with my country - Bulgaria:
The average salary is somewhere between 150-200 euro and:
A loaf of bread costs 0.55 euro.
A can of Coca-Cola 1 euro.
A music CD cost between 5-15 euro.
Petrol - 1l. costs 0.95 euro.
The cheapest laptop computer is about 430 euro.
The cheapest netbook computer is about 200-210 euro.
Windows 7 Home Premium about 55 euro.
LCD TV set - prices go from 300 euro(the cheapest possible) up to 2000 euro.

cycle6060 where are you from? Have you ever heard about average salary in a country? It's obvious that salaries are different and it would be strange if the president gets the same money as a cleaner.
