Hi maygodblessu44, It is very simple to do. If you use MS Words then first of all select all texts whatever you have written, then simply press Shift + F3 1) If all of your text is written in small letters, all sentences will start with capital letters. 2) If you press for second time, all of your text will converted into Capital letters. 3) If you press for third time, all of your text will converted into small letters. I think it will help you to solve your problem. Happy new year.

Hello my friend key2write Ji, So nice of you for your simple solutions. I feel excited that my problem has been solved in many ways now. WEll, being with you I just opened my Note-pad and after selecting one sentence,I pressed Shift +F3. Nothing happened. I think I should try after coming out from myLot. Wishing you with all 'A Happy New Year 2010' May God bless You and have a great time.

I don't think there's a way to change already typed letters in notepad from small letters to capital letters. But I had been using key2write's way of changing letters for a long time and it works well for me. I think it works only in Word. Doesn't work in excel for me.

Hi maygodblessu44, Please try the short cut key in MS-Word. It will definitely work in MS-Word. I always do it whenever I need it. Have a wonderful day.

You can also use control h and type the words you want auto-replaced in the corasponding fields. This works for most word processing programs. You can ask it to replace, or create a rule to catch the mistake each time you make it. However, if you're typing here, then the command won't work. But, you can always coppy and paste directly from any word proccessing document.
