I got a cold fever last month.I felt my body is so hot and tired while i waked at night. Then i found my temperature was higher than normal temperature using a clinical thermometer. After i got up i had sore throat and headache.
I had no energy to do anything and even wanted to die instead of suffering for a fever.Fortunately i restored to healthy again two days later with medical care in hospital
What about you?Have you ever got same feeling with me ?Please share with us.Merry christmas.

Oh, yes, yinmm, it's a suffering experience! When I found symptons of cold or fever, I always feel bad. I really hate them. And I will measure my temperature again and again. And if it's possible, I will sleep more, drink more water, take some medicine. And wait it better again.
Anyway, it's good that you recovered.

As a child, colds were just a part of life. Life did not stop for a cold or at least that was the way that I was brought up. By the time i started college, I remember getting so upset when my sister (frequently got sick) would catch a cold. I remember feeling like as a college student I did not have the luxury of getting sick.

These days I can tollerate the getting sick and feeling horriable for a couple of days. It is the cause of when the feeling lousy lingers for more than a couple of weeks that stinks. Since September, I have something going on that I just cannot shake. I'm so tired of feeling run down all the time. I'm at that point were I could tolerate the cold running a fever where you could actually pinpoint what is wrong rather than a mysterious ear ache, light-headedness at the worse moments, and frequent headaches.

I am sorry to hear that. Today it is not a good thing to have any kind of this problem. As you know the H1N1 case seems to spread everywhere. If lately I have this kind of illness, perhaps at first I shall isolate myself. If I feel worse, I will go to see a doctor.

Hi, yinmm007. I have the Flu virus at this time. I don't have the fever. But, I do feel weak and tired. My body temperature feels cold and empty. My mouth feels dry too. I was sick since yesterday. I believed that I caught this from my two year old daughter. She had a cold and I ended up kissing her on the cheek. The next day, I started to feel strange. So, the next day, after that, is when I started to feel the effects of the symptom of the Flu. I stayed home today. It was wet and raining so I did not go out for Christmas. I don't want to make myself sicker than I am already are. I hope that you feel better very soon. I am sorry that you had to go to the hospital. Your sickness was very serious, I can see. I am glad that you received medical care at the hospital. I hope that you will get well very soon! Merry Christmas!

My whole family just got over that crap, and after two weeks and feeling happy that I didn't get it, I now have it. All I want to do is sleep and don't even want to get out of bed. I hate being sick to begin with, cause if I get sick, nothing and I mean NOTHING gets done. I can't wait to feel better so my house stops getting trashed. Merry Christmas all

Its a different feeling and a cute one too as a person have to forget all works and only to rest. I remember I had caught malaria and my temperature reached till 6-7 degrees celsius. In fever the head goes bang, a tough headache sometimes unbearable too.

I did have my share of fever, colds and flu. Its really tiresome. In cases like these, I often take plenty of water and of course medications as well as rest. There are times that the body catches some virus or perhaps bacteria. By resting our body, it will surely help our immune system fight the problem and eventually get well.
