Where did you hide the Christmas gifts?

I"m always looking for a new spot to stash them! My kids can't leave anything alone especially my oldest she will leave no rock unturned. But since she kinda believes in Santa still I told her she's not allowed in the basement til after Christmas and I bust her trying though. We used to be able to hide stuff in our bedroom but then Miss Snoopy figured out how to do the childproof doorknobs & now regularly snoops in our room
If we had a garage I'd probably hide the stuff in there but we don't. We have a shed but unfortunatly it's not 100% water & pest proof either.

This year I had several places in my house that I stashed the gifts and most of them were safe from prying eyes, but one of them was not. The one that wasn't safe was my wardrobe in my bedroom. My son got into there several times and kept pulling out the comforter that I'd gotten for him, so I finally told him that it belonged to daddy. The safest place that I stashed gifts was in the attic space that is adjacent to my son's bedroom closet. That is the place that I am going to hide the gifts for next year because no one gets in there very often and the door to that attic space is very difficult to open if you don't know what you are doing.

I hide them in our office. My kid does believe in Santa Claus and it is important that he does not see the gifts. So I put the gifts in the office and left it until christmas eve. I did not take it out from the car until my child fall asleep. So it was really a perfect drama.

I left our stuff in our room and told the kids to stay out. If they snooped, they only ruined it for themselves, and hopefully one day they'll learn that being surprised is best.

Hi, 3SnuggleBunnies. I hid all of my kids Christmas gifts in my son's bedroom. Since my son does not have a bed in his room that made a great hiding spot. I kept this room locked on the outside. The kids never saw what was in this room. It worked out well.

I stored most of the gifts in my friend's garage for a couple weeks until I wrapped them at her house sans kids - at 9 PM LOL! I have been lucky enough that neither of my kids got into packages or messed with the tree, nor did their friends. Even my friend's 19 month old left it alone.
HOWEVER. One year I had wrapped gifts early and put them out and I caught my older kids trying to open and retape things, snooping in my trunk, in my closet. I thought I would get even. I took all the packages and put them in the extra car that doesn't run in the garage and LOCkED it. I had the only key to that car so they were rebuffed until Christmas Eve when I snuck out to put everything back at 2 AM

I don't hide my Christmas gift for I don't have kids. When I was young my parents used to hide them either in their closet in their room or in the trunk in the car. When it was Christmas or Christmas eve night they would go in their closet or out to the car and put them under the Christmas tree.

My kids are teenagers but still snoop around. I had some sent to my office and took them home on Christmas Eve Day fully wrapped and then just put them inside a clean garbage can in the garage until it was time to put them out. Some others I hid behind the couch and they never knew it! Hiding in plain site. lol. Merry Christmas!

I do not hide my christmas gifts to be given to my dear ones. I just placed it under our christmas tree and waiting to be picked once they arrived in our house.
I just feel more happy when I see all those gifts I prepared and ready to be given for this holiday season.
It is more enjoying when I see them receiving the gifts.

I hid alot of gifts in my two closets which are in my bedroom and under the bed. Once we put all the gifts under the tree about an hour ago I now have my closets back. Merry Christmas.
