Pacquiao to file case against mayweathers and golden boy promotion

The 7 time world champion is fed up! it isnt funny anymore. this is due to the indirect accusation of the mayweathers of using performance enhancing drugs. pacquiao doesnt seem to like it anymore especially when those people asking him if its true. pacquiao agreed on the blood test a month before the fight. Arum even suggested that the test should be done by independent drug testing agencies being used by NFL and NBA. what do you think guys? are those conditions of the mayweather reasonable or just part of the plan not to really go against pacquiao?
