Did you ever get to be Santa, outfit and all

I've had a great experience the last two years at Christmas. I found a Santa outfit at a yard sale and decided that might be fun. Christmas Eve at our usual gathering to open gifts I went to the basement and put the Santa outfit on and went out the basement door and then to the patio. When the grandkids, 4 of them 3yrs and younger, saw Santa standing at the patio door, all their eyes got great big and all said, "SANTA". Well I had to HO HO HO, which went over real well. So I handed out gifts and my 3yr old said something funny and I just laughed my usual laugh. Well she caught that right off and said, "Santa don't go HEH HEH HEH, Santa goes HO HO HO." Do you suppose she was on to me? My guess is she suspicioned what was going on. But we all had fun and I felt so blessed at all the kids reaction and I wonder if anybody else had such an experience. To me and my family, it was great, even though the two 3yr olds may have been on to me. I got one 20 yr old grandson that wouldn't even sit on my lap! Kind of narrow minded don't you think?
