Each time I see a snow mound it brings back pleasant memories from childhood years. A recent post by webeishere regarding the "Snow Mountains of Minnesota" gave me an idea for a discussion.
When you were a child, or maybe you still do it, what did you do with the snow mounds you met?
I remember making "igloos," and right now that seems to have been the most fun.
We also made snow forts for snow battles, and also played "king of the mound."

Hi PastorP, well I remember going sledging in the snow as a child as there was a park with a big hill nearby, and snowmen of course. We don't get snow here but my son longs for it and I keep telling him it isn't going to happen. We had a brief flutter five years ago and the next lot is predicted in thirty years.

We made snow men out of them. We also used that snow to make snow balls as well. Now you could not get me to play in snow. It is just not fun for me any longer.
