Do you use traffic exchange sites?

A traffic exchange is a type of website which provides a service for webmasters in exchange for traffic. Most of people use Traffic Exchange programs to increase their site visit rate. Rather than sending the person to your website, you should be sending them to a specific advertisement designed for traffic exchanges. I have tried this and to some extent has helped increase traffic into my blog site. It also has helped me increase my ability to invite prospective referrals.
How about you? do you do the same?

I think traffic exchange sites like easyhits4u and others are not much useful. Yes, they off course bring some traffic to your blog/site, but this kinda traffic is useless.
For instance, when you surf the traffic exchange sites to get credits, do you look at the site you are surfing with any interest?You just surf in order to get the credits. In the same way, when other users surf, they are not interested about the content of the site they are surfing.They are only bothered about the credits.
So what i want to mean is that the kind of traffic the traffic exchange sites bring is not quality traffic. You can get quality traffic only from the search engines, and there is no alternative to it.

YES!!! FInally someone agrees! thanks titan_90, you actually hate Easyhits4u, join the gang. It is not really useful. You spent all day, surfing sites and earn 30 sites for surfing 100 sites. In the time, you could have been on mylot and earned much more with at time you spent with the site. That's also why I hate traffic exchanges. Hope you like my opinion! I used to use some traffic exchange sites. I never did have much luck with them though. I tried to use them to get referrals also but it was a waste of my time. No one ever signed up under me.

I use a couple of trafic exchangers but not really lucky in the referal aspect but managed to improve my alexa rank with those sites and i have used a couple of autosurfers too which drive huge traffic to our blog and helps us to climb the ranking aspect except that we cant expect anything good from those autosurfers.good day.

i don't know more about this traficexchange system and i never do the same kind of work in future. well according to your opinion most of people use traffic exchange programe to increase their site visit rate. and i will try to learn something about that. thanks to inform the people about this traffic exchange system

I have just started working on the internetwith my mom just a couple days ago. I'm not sure how to do a bunch of stuff on here, but I'm slowly learning and hope to gain friends and see if they can help me with thisnew stuff too!

Yes I do use traffic exchange sites to promote my online business. I just use them for additional exposure but honestly I don't get much results from them.

Yes! Of course I use traffic exchange sites. I use Easyhits and Incentria. Yes, Incentria have a traffic exchange feature.

personally i tend not to use traffic exchange sites even though i have signed up to a few myself. A lot of people on forums and sites and such often speak of how useless they are :P
Having looked on a few sites they don't seem very likely to work. Often there are 20 or more people trying to get traffic to the same site but with their ref links. Also i don't think traffic exchange sites get enough traffic themselves in order to work effectively, which is kind of ironic :P
