really? I didn't notice that. quite opposite, I find many more people join in us here. I remember when I first joined in here, there were around 140,000 people. Now there are 193,714 ! If there are some people leaving, I guess they are busy doing their own business, busy with study or work. They are not actually leaving. just temporary absence.

Yes, something similar happened with me too.I became a member of My Lot 1 year ago. But then, due to my board exams, I had to temporarily leave all these kinda things, almost for 6 months. Now I am back again, enjoying my postings and the little incentives that I am getting from it.
Happy My Lotting.

Well, we have to face the fact that mylot is not for everybody. I have referred many people here but not many are active, only very few. We know for a fact that mylot is a very good site for learning and gaining friends as well as information. It also pays. The thing is many people join mylot in their quest for earning and the moment they see their earnings, they go. But the point here is not about earnings but rather about learning and gaining. Till that person realize what mylot is all about, in my opinion, no amount of encouragement will keep them here. It all matters on the person...

I think may people quit mylot because they are primarily here to make money and there isnt a ton load of money to be obtained here at least lately .You really have to love what you do here in order to want to stay here .Maybe too if other were getting the kind of response they would like then maybe they would be motivated to stay

Hey sahilpadhiyar20, that is actually a very good question that I have also thought of recently when trying to acquire referrals. The problem is the money earning. The stats on the earnings are updated every 24 hours and they want to see if mylot, the site they visit, is good or not NOW. They don't want to wait 24 hours just to see if they earned a good amount or not. Also, some people don't have a lot of time and they want quick money making sites that can earn them for a less amount of time fast. Well they come to mylot and earn maybe 4 cents the next day because they were spamming to see their earnings. This results in demotivatation, if that's even a word! They are going to think, what? I spent all this time for 4 cents? I quit. But they do not realize the earnings possibility with Mylot. They immediately quit mylot and never come back. To make a long story short, they want quick money making sites and mylot does not seem to be one. I hope this answers your question! Have a Merry Christmas and Have a happy new year! Also have a great day and have loads of fun mylotting!

I agree to your comment punjab. Having a 24 hour turnaround time before you see your earnings is really frustrating or demotivating for some. It's a minds game and you need patience to continue participating before seeing any true results. As they say no pain no gain. And another thought that I have is that it is quite unclear how participation is being measured as to how much you earn. I hope the admins can give more light to this. Probably a clear cut criteria as that is quantifiable so as when people participate they know what to expect. It's also a matter of setting the right expectation. Just my 2 cents.

Some people want to make some extra money then join in mylot. But in mylot earning process is very slow so they leave mylot in short time. I think mylot is not for make money online. We are here because of help each other. From mylot i have earned many valuable informations from last two months.

People are just lazy and choose not to stay focused. Nothing in life comes for free. As much time as you spend on this website is as much as your are going to be paid for, and its a totally fair exchange.
When I joined this website, I was just thankful for the opportunity to make as much money as I wish. It would just be up to me to make it happen. This website costs nothing to join, and you are given the chance to earn something out of nothing. I love it!
And the pay rate is great here. I dont understand why people have any complaints about it. Every morning I wake up and check my account, my balance increased and its like the best feeling ever!

I notice that there are different types of people here in mylot and so as to any other programs online. First, there are those who are serious. They stick with mylot and enjoy their stay here and at the same time earn some money. Second, there are those who were hyped. They join because of the income opportunity and for some point in time, they quit because they feel that its not worth it. Third, they join but don't know what to do and become inactive.

Hi sahil, when I first came here, I was not sure about anything. I slowly learnt about the site and began enjoying spending time on mylot. One can make money here at a steady pace and also make friends. I have never really bothered about my referrals becausew none of them stuck on...I am happy to be here and will continue to be active ....all the best and have a great year ahead

If you have noticed that, then one reason for this can be that those who leave My Lot thinks the earning is very low. Actually, their main target was earning, and not the help that they get from their fellow My Lotters. This is just my point. They might have other reasons too.

Well, I believe it's because they are a little impatient. They expect to make a huge money in a very little time and that's not gonna happen, not in a million years. There are guidelines and faqs for you to refer to in order to get the best of this site. Some people are too ignorant too read them, they become lost, bored then leave this site. Mylot is meant to be fun, then for Heaven's sake, have fun!

Joining mylot for the purpose of earning money alone will surely shorten ones stay for certain. One should consider the art of discussion and the fun of sharing ideas as well as the importance of acquiring new thoughts from other participants to have the tool of staying longer in mylot. This site should not be taken as a primary earning site, it is wrong to think about that.
