Have you see the latest news from CNN? A Nigerian passenger in an attempt to blow up an airplane while arriving Detroit. Fortunately, on board passengers stop this terrorist act again.
Oh my gosh, after 9/11 incident, another one trying to re - occur in the American soil again. Airport security should need to tightened even more, because another terrorist be able to bring some explosive object on board without deter at the security checkpoint. Luckily, he didn't succeed his mission.
One more question, after you read it, are you afraid to fly again?

Hi, clorissa123. I have never rode on a plane before. And after hearing about this it makes me less comfortable. The security needs to get on the ball into tackling an issue as this. This terrorist should have never succeeded in bringing in deadly explosives on a plane. I don't know how he did it but he did. They need to be just as clever as he was. We need a Jean Claude Van Damme around. We really do. Arnold S. would make a great role model too. But seriously, something needs to be done about this. When will this ever stop?? The plot to destroy The United States is really getting out of hand here! I am glad that no lives was lost on this plane. And I am also glad that someone was not afraid to stand up to this Nigerian terrorist.

u should study the probability and statistics~
even it is horrible , but the times it happen are so small
u should think that :between 9.11 to now, there is only one terrorist act on the plane~
so donnot be afraid~
and i personally think American should strength their supervising system~there are many holes in the safty systems~~~~~~~~

Now I know how my mother and farther must have felt back in the 40's when Pearl Harbor happened, I lost a dear friend in the WTC 0n 9/11. So if I sound bitter and a bit extream please forgive me. But I hope that moron from nigeria gets what he deserves, a needle in the arm. He wanted to die anyway only now he wont have the opportunity to take any Americans with him. Besides he's small change anyway, my big wish is that they catch binladen alive! That would be BIG! nuf said, Im getting to upset.

I wont really blame the security people because terrorists are like computer viruses, each day they create a new weapon, new bomb, new chemical, new microorganism etc., I think the security is entirely dependent upon intelligence and advanced technology rather than scanning each individual before boarding a plane/ship.

I felt for Clorissa. I would be on a second thought to book my ticket for the next trip. I have consider myself and my family's safety at this point. I won't be dare to jeopardize everyone's life here. I can't rely on airport's security anymore. After I heard about it. I told myself, should I take airplane again to other states to visit my family? Or I should drive, even though it take a little bit longer and I would sleep less.
